This workshop is the perfect opportunity to start a journey of self-discovery with Tergar.

Anytime Anywhere Meditation is a new and essential program to make meditation practice accessible and effective. This workshop, the official launch of the program, will be taught by Mingyur Rinpoche himself and will focus on the transformative effect of meditation.

With a famously light-hearted approach, Rinpoche will share methods that help us uncover our innate qualities. He will show us that meditation isn’t rigid and we don’t have to change ourselves in order to be happy — we simply need to discover what we already possess within.

Joining the event, some of the world’s leading exponents of meditation will also share anecdotes and scientific evidence detailing the benefits of developing a practice.

Experience:

  • Instructions from Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche
  • Guided meditations
  • Panel discussions & world-renowned guest speakers
  • Group discussions
  • This program is open to everyone.
  • Registration will close 1 hour in advance of the event.
  • Recordings of teaching sessions and panels will be posted within 72 hours after the end of the last session and will be available for a limited time.
  • Translation from English will be offered in Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

In person

Mingyur Rinpoche’s profound yet accessible teachings have endeared him to students around the world. After completing formal training in Tibetan Buddhism he founded a monastic college. Later he worked with neuroscientists Drs. Francisco Varela and Richard Davidson to examine the effects of meditation on the brain; the resulting research was reported in both National Geographic & TIME.

Rinpoche’s first book The Joy of Living: Unlocking the Secret and Science of Happiness, appeared on The New York Times bestseller list and has been translated into more than 20 languages.
