Awareness, love and compassion, and wisdom. During this retreat Tergar guides will focus on three key aspects of practice that help the individual have real, positive, and lasting impact on themselves, their communities, and ultimately the rest of the world. The retreat also includes a special guided meditation video from Mingyur Rinpoche that will help us set a collective intention for the new year.
This retreat offers accessible practices that help frame our personal experiences in the context of the new year, world events, and the innate qualities of awareness, love and compassion, and wisdom present in all humans. This course also offers the opportunity to connect with the global Tergar community, and to pledge commitment to yourself and all sentient beings in the upcoming year.
In this program, you will explore and establish a deeper understanding of your own innate awareness, love and compassion, and wisdom. Furthermore, you will enhance abilities that improve your positive engagement with the world.
